About Us

The USAF Airman Heritage Training Complex collects, researches, preserves, interprets and presents the United States Air Force (and predecessor organizations) Enlisted Corps history, heritage, and traditions to develop Airmen today for tomorrow. We instill an understanding of and an appreciation for the USAF history and the distinct Airman culture through engaging exhibits, educational and outreach programs, and the stewardship of the national historic collection. We are the Gateway to the Air Force.

At the Airman Heritage Training Complex, our mission is to educate the public and promote exhibitions that highlight the remarkable history of the US Air Force. Through our museums and events, we strive to inspire and inform visitors about the brave men and women who have served our country.

Our Air Park boasts the largest collection of true-to-size model aircraft in the United States Air Force. With 42 meticulously crafted planes, visitors can explore the history of aviation and get an up-close look at these impressive aircraft. Each plane in our Air Park is equipped with a QR code that links to our website, providing detailed information and photos.
